Baylor Scott & White Irving​ Community Clinic is devoted to the total health care of uninsured and underserved people of Irving, Coppell, and Grand Prairie. We provide continuing medical home for individuals and their family members of all ages, from children 5 and older to the elderly. Our expertise is based on the knowledge of our patients in the context of their community. This community has a very high incidence of uninsured residents, many of which suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes. Our primary focus is on providing a medical home to those residents that are in need in order to assist in their overall health and wellness.

Do I qualify for services?

To receive medical services, you must bring:

  • Proof of residency (driver’s license, lease agreement, or utility bill. 
  • Proof that family income does not exceed 200% of the federal poverty level (check stubs, income tax return, letter from employer).
